    How Do Credits Work?

    USA

    • An Outbound text message up to 160 GSM characters and 70 characters for non-GSM characters (Unicode) is one text credit for the USA.

    • No charge to receive messages.

    • One MMS message send or receive is two text credits.

    • 1/2 credit for blocked Shortcode message re-routing: 1/2 credit additional for failed message re-routing for USA recipients. On customer request carriers sometimes block text messages from the Shortcodes, in that case, we can redirect message through a different route.

    No, there are no setup fees. All prices include the cost per message including any carrier fee.

    Can we send both SMS and MMS?

    We offer SMS delivery to almost every country in the world, MMS messages delivery only available for USA and Canada. An MMS can contain a picture and text content of up to 1600 characters.

    Can I send messages to international carriers and how much does this cost?

    Can I change my plan?

    Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime.

    What is Text Credit?

    What happens once I used up all Text Credits?

    To monitor your text credits usage, you can configure low text credits threshold email alert. Anytime your text credits fall below the threshold, you’ll be notified. At that point, you can either add additional credits to be used for that month or upgrade your account to next level.
