Text-2-Trivia Video Tutorial

Welcome to SMS Marketing tutorials! In this video, we'll learn how to set up a text-to-trivia campaign, an engaging way to interact with consumers.

1. Access Dashboard:

   • Log in to the dashboard using your credentials.

2. Create New Campaign:

   • Click on "Campaigns" and then the plus button to add a new campaign.
   • Select "Text to Trivia" from the options.

3. Configure Campaign:

   • Enter the keyword, a unique word or phrase for users to text to the texting number.
   • Give your campaign a relevant name for internal reference.
   • Type in the trivia question to be sent to users.
   • Add response options for users to choose from. Indicate the correct option.
   • Set the start and end date and time for the trivia campaign.
   • Enter the response message for the correct answer.
   • Optionally, add images, mobile coupons, URLs, or MMS to the autoresponse message.
   • Customize incorrect answer responses and other messages.
   • Click "Save Trivia" to save the campaign.

4. Send Trivia Questions:

   • Optionally, send trivia questions directly to users by clicking "Send Trivia."
   • Watch the "How to Send an Invite" video for detailed instructions.

5. Check Trivia Results:

   • To view trivia entries, click the "Trivia Entries" button.
   • See a summary of users who've answered the question.
   • Optionally, randomly select winners by choosing the number of winners and clicking "Choose the Winner."
   • Winners will be reflected in the winners column.
