Text-2-Register Video Tutorial

Log In: Sign in to your dashboard with your credentials.

Navigate to Campaigns: Go to the "Campaign" tab.

Create a New Campaign: Click the plus sign in the upper right corner.

Choose Text-to-Register: Opt for the "Text to Register" option.

Configure Sender ID and SMS Account: Select your sender ID and SMS account for the campaign.

Add Campaign Details: Name your campaign and input the keyword.

Set Auto Responses: Easily define responses for different situations:

• Register Request:
  • When a user texts a keyword without a registration code.
• Invalid Registration Code:
  • If the code is expired, used, or invalid.
• Registration Confirmation:
  • Sent after code validation, welcoming the user.
• Already Registered:
  • If the user is already part of the campaign.

Opt-Out and Help Responses: Configure responses for users opting out or needing assistance.

Save Your Campaign: Don't forget to save your campaign settings.
