Make sure to cancel your account once done with the campaign; there is no refund for unused service. You're responsible for the monthly subscription fee as long as you have an active account.

What happens once I used up all Text Credits?
To monitor your text credits usage, you can configure low text credits threshold email alert
. Anytime your text credits fall below the threshold, you’ll be notified. At that point, you can either Add additional credits to be used for that month or upgrade your account to next level.
