We are a proud supporter of the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA), which formed the Wireless Anti-Spam Committee in September 2004 to ensure that wireless ecosystem remain spam-free.

The MMA's Code of Conduct advises all brands, advertisers, technology partners and wireless carriers to adopt an opt-in standard for mobile marketing campaigns.

TxtImpact considers anti-spam policies critical to preserving the value of mobile marketing for consumers and marketers alike and abides by the MMA Code of Conduct in all of its operations. We actively look for patterns of spam and abuse within our customer's marketing campaigns quickly work to remedy the situation.
