Send Invites to subscribers - Video Tutorial

In this video, we'll learn how to send invitations to participate in a text survey, poll, or trivia campaign.

1. Access Dashboard:

   • Log in to the dashboard using your credentials.

2. Campaign Preparation:

   • Ensure you have a survey, poll, or trivia campaign created. If not, refer to the respective tutorial videos on how to create these campaigns.

3. Subscriber List:

   • You need a list of phone numbers to send invitations. You can upload subscribers from previous campaigns or gather them using text-to-join campaigns or web signup forms.

4. Navigate to Campaigns:

   • Click on "Campaigns" from the dashboard menu.

5. Select Campaign:

   • Choose the campaign for which you want to send invites.

6. Invite Subscribers:

   • Click on "Invite Subscribers" at the top.

7. Choose Sending Method:

   • You can manually enter comma-separated mobile numbers in international format or select subscribers from existing campaigns or subgroups.

8. Set Date and Time:

   • Specify the date and time for sending the invitations.

9. Send Invitations:

   • Click "Send" to dispatch the invitations.

10. Check Progress:

    • Monitor the progress of your invites in the invite history section.
