Enable Landline Texting - Video Tutorial

1. Log in to Your Dashboard:

   • Access the dashboard using your login credentials.

2. Navigate to Text Numbers:

   • Scroll down and click on "Text Numbers."

3. Enable Text Landline:

   • Select "Enable Text Landline" from the list.

4. Add Landline Number:

   • Click on "Add Landline Number."
   • Enter your landline number, service provider account number, and the account owner.
   • Click "Save and Continue."

5. Fill out the LOA Form:

   • Click on the "Download LOA Form" link to download the form.
   • Fill out all the required information in the LOA form.

6. Upload Required Documents:

   • Upload the signed and completed LOA form and a recent phone bill.
   • Click "Save" to submit your request.

7. Confirmation:

   • Once submitted, you'll see a confirmation that your request has been successfully submitted.
