Email-to-Text Video Tutorial

Today, we'll guide you through setting up an email to text message service, allowing you to send text messages directly from your email account.

1. Access Dashboard:

   • Log in to your dashboard using your credentials.

2. Navigate to Campaigns:

   • Click on "Campaigns" in the dashboard menu.

3. Create a New Campaign:

   • Press the plus button to add a new campaign.

4. Select Email to Text:

   • Choose "Email to Text" from the available options.

5. Setup Sender and SMS Account:

   • Select the sender and SMS account for your messages.
   • Enter the sender email address you want to use.

6. Configure Message Settings:

   • Set the message limit to control the number of characters per text message.
   • Customize the text reply subject and email template if needed.
   • Enable the email to MMS option for picture or video attachments.
   • Utilize "Remove Footer Boundary" and "Text This" options as necessary.
   • Include the email subject in the text message body by checking the appropriate box.
   • Click "Save" to confirm your settings.

7. Authorize Email Address:

   • Your email address is now authorized to send text messages.
   • Follow the format shown on the screen to send text messages from your email.
   • Click "Send" to send the text message from your email.

8. Customize Sender Name and Signature:

   • Manage account settings from your dashboard.
   • Select the user and click "Edit."
   • Update the sender name and signature based on your preferences.
   • Click "Save" to apply the changes.

The recipient has received the text message with the sender name automatically added.
