Here are some of the case studies/examples how our clients have put MMS messaging to use:

1. Mobile Ticketing:

Outhouse tickets using our MMS API to send event tickets directly to customers mobile as soon as they buy the tickets for any event online.

Goal: Deliver instant scannable tickets to customers, no need to print anything.

Solutions: MMS API integrated with ticketing system. Generate Ticket image with bar code sent to customer's mobile phone.

Outcome: Improved customer experience. Save trees (No need to print anything).

2. Behavioral Engagement:


OneHealth, A health management and consumer engagement hybrid, comprised of strategic thinkers; social scientists, care providers, and ; behavioral economists. Onehealth implemented MMS in a very unique and innovative way for their cooperate clients.

Goal: Drive health awareness among employees.

Target: Eat an Apple every day

Problem: Tracking

Solutions: Inbound MMS to email, members were asked to take a picture of themselves eating Apple everyday and send it to 27126.

Outcome: The campaign was deployed for 2 months and over 3000 MMS received during the drive.

 

3. Inspirational Pictures Alerts:

Saint Micheal church plan to send everyday Picture MMS alerts to their members start first week of December to Christmas. Member can join the list by sending a keyword to short code 27126 and they receive one Inspirational Picture message every morning until Christmas. MMS alerts were scheduled for whole month in advanced.

 

4. Live Sports update:

Problem: Client wanted to send our live game updates to service subscribers using text message, picture and videos of live baseball games.

Solutions:

1. Client used our Text-2-join and web signup form feature to built it's database. Subscribers can join opt-in list either by texting a keyword to the short code (27126) or enter their mobile number online.
2. Configure his mobile number as remote broadcast authorized user.
3. Now, during live games he was able to send a remote SMS & MMS broadcast to all subscribers.
